The SIP ROAD 2.0 is the original benchmark for all box type exhausts. There may be more powerful pipes today, like the SIP ROAD 3.0, the SIP ROAD 2.0 still excels with its simplicity. It always fits, it always is reliable, it always retains a powerband like the original powerband, and it always is easy to set up the engine with it. Reasons enough to continue it, as an option, even after the launch of the SIP Road 3.0.
Understated sound for the commute to work
The SIP ROAD 2.0 sound is understatement, it does not raise attention. Ideal for the use in towns, and as a daily cruiser. The chrome version is noisier because these pipes have to make do without any muffling material. Muffling simply isn’t possible because the fibres of the material would contaminate the chrome bath, and it would soak up and react with the liquid. On the upside you do get the classy custom look though.
The tourer in OEM quality
Touring and long distances are not a problem for the SIP Road. Its laborious quality does not only show in the number of downpipe segments but also with meticulous welding and the super clean welding seams, and the reinforced fitting on the barrels exhaust flange. All Vespa 125 VNA-TS/150 VBA-T4 riders need only to remove the second tongue of the swingarm fitting to run all SIP Road P-Range pipes.
Conclusion: A racing pipe that looks like the original exhaust, fits like a dream, quality made with class. Power and torque gains, high temperature paint, the best value for money.
